Default Bringin back car from U.S. into Canada

Are you allowed bringing back cars from U.S. back to Canada, saying that your friend sold it to you or something? like your uncle gave it to you as a birthday present?

do you still need to pay taxes, wut %, is it worth it?

im asking this because iv seen prices from used S2ks from the US and Canada, n US is a lot cheaper, prob because of the rising Canadian dollar, so i was thinking about going down to say, Seattle and picking up a S n driving it back... any major problems i could come up agaisnt?
