yep, i lean over the sink too because there's foam all over the place. no river of foam though, it just drips in big globs when it accumulates enough.

For you people who don't foam, are you swallowing the excess toothpaste foam? Some things should not be swallowed..

I find that brushing my teeth every week actually REDUCES the foam in my mouth.

Just close your lips around the toothbrush as you brush. That way you can still create your foam AND keep it in your mouth!

i dont know about the rest of the girls but the trick with walking while brushing is this. When you start brushing your teeth, start from the back of the mouth, but by the time you get to the front teeth you should be standing over the sink. When I close my lips around the toothbrush completelyI feel like im going to choke, so I dont really do that, i just open my mouth slightly.
