Bubble in tire = Bad?
The tire might well be replaced under warranty. Unless you are absolutely certain that the bump you encountered caused the bubble, I'd refrain from mentioning it. It could just as easily be a manufacturing defect.
The bubble is result of part of steel belt in tire wall is broken. That steel belt holds the shape of the tire. Since it's broken, that bubble is just rubber holding its pressure. If you notice, the bubble is going to grow perpendicular to rim and eventually it will blow out.
In simple term, that is the weakest link. Good bye, tire.
Don't do any high speed until you replace the tire. You might be able to cover it under the warranty. It also happens when you hit a pot hole or, in NYC area, baby canyon. In this case, in some cities, you can claim the damage to city.

Thanks for the help. I talked to NTB about Dunlop covering it under warranty and says most likely not. The tire is pinched on the inside so it's obvious I hit something so I won't play that game with them... I screwed up I'll pay the price.
