Rural and wealthy? The cops in my hometown ride around in the cleanest police cruisers I've ever seen... to catch all the 17 year olds smoking bowls in the park... Oh well.

Police never have anything to do around here...always busting people in areas with somewhat vague speed limit changes,you get pulled over by one and within 2 minutes there is another one pulling up to back him up.

They are all like 22-27 years old,and look like they could chase down a gazelle,I swear every time I see them running it reminds me of the scene in T2 when the T-1000 is chasing em in the cop car after they busted outta mental hospital.

Of course. They routinely use SWAT to give speeding tickets. But only to classic Civics.
