Where I live theres a strict community watch that turns anyone in to the popo if they see anyone abusing the curvy roads around my apt. The head community watch person unfortunately know the police sheriff really well, so I tend to take it easy, I've been pulled over before so they keep a close eye on me. Thou I've never had SWAT hit me before, but who knows your neighbors might of told the popo that you were a arm drug dealer trying to smuggle 100 kilo of coke, while driving as fast as you can to get to your desination
