Turns out I DO need a new shreader for my home office, although I hope that you are NOT selling the Royal brand. I'm on my second one in less than a year (12 sheet crosscut) & I don't think there is another Royal brand in my future!

Anyway, how can I get ahold of you & what happend to the PM button on this forum?
