any lawyers in here that handle employee wage complaints and/or federal/international visa violations? I have some questions about a few situations...

Just curious: Is this an H1B Visa where the employer reports the "prevailing wage" then turns around a pays a lot less?

It turns out this is quite common.

it may turn into one of those, but that's not where it's starting out. These aren't just any few situations, some of them get a bit complicated from my IANAL understanding of the law.
