Default The "to-call" list

I know theres the "Do Not Call Registry" for people who doesn't want solicitation. But is there a website where you input a phone number and it gets put on every single freaky solicitor's to call list? Sort of like the same idea for email if you want to get updates and crap...and if you do it enough, you get a monster mail spam.

I need those info, pleaes!!!

If you do that to someone else, you can get in some serious trouble.

It's a form of harrassment and impersonation.

Really, don't screw with stuff like that. Telephone harassment can be a federal offense.
