I have no difficulty visualizing ten dimensions; Euclidian 10-space is the same as Euclidean 3-space, only a little more complicated.

I find expositions such as this one fascinating. "Time is the fourth dimension," is silly. Time might be a fourth dimension, but it's completely different from the other three (Euclidean) dimensions we experience (it is, for example, as far as we can tell, unidirectional). The explanations of the fifth, sixth, and seventh dimensions are even sillier. I stopped watching after that.
