my sister told me to uninstall/delete a bunch of programs
so i did
and the next time i turned on my computer, the norton anti-virus thing comes on and says that the integrity of it cannot be trusted or something i dunno.
and it won't let me open new windows (in IE)


yes she has a popup blocker, but yes it worked before.

Go to Tools/internet options- advanced tab. In the "browsing options" section and look for the line "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts" and make sure it is unchecked. Hit ok and check it.

That would be the first thing I'd check.
