if our domestics are made like these HSVs from Holden, my views on them would definitely change.

 

As I recall this is a GM company. I'm sure we will get clarification from down under.

yep its made by gm(motor at least), i recognize the ol LS1 in the pics and the specs

 

They are very fast cars.

 

There is a small company importing them into the UK now isn't there??

 

I remember at least one Australian board member who has access to such a car...maybe he'll chime in.
This car looks basically like a souped up Opel (GM) Omega.
If you compare this car to the M5, you will notice that it delivers similar performance at lower costs.
Can't beat the bimmers reputation though...

Sell your car Richard, and make your way down under ... Get a good paid profession to get you going and you can easily pick up the top model for the price of a brand new S2K down under with full options including the hardtop. Not to mention it's local made meaning you have lots of aftermarket and spare parts to choose from.
