For a while now, I've had this problem with cats running around my garage (not enclosed) . Two weeks ago I changed my differential fluid (stock). I never got rid of the fluid, coz i never had a chance. but what i noticed is, the cats stopped comming around.

Just wanted to post this weird info. Can't stand the smell, so I'll have to get rid of the fluid sooner or later.

Any other suggestion to keep the cats away? short of

Mothballs. The "old fashion" kind.

They also work great at keeping birds, squirrels,
and other rodents (like cats) out of places you
don't want them.
