Is that really a person? I cant see the head or arms. All I see is something that looks like a white sneaker. And someone with white sneakers probably wouldn't be carrying a brief case.

You can clearly see it's a person as you can see their head, feet, arms, legs, back etc. The person has just been hit and is still in mid-air.

 

Someone should take the blinders off that woman!!!

If the woman driving the Merc couldn't see that pedestrian she should be disqualified from driving IMO along with whatever punishment she receives. There's just no excuse for that now I've seen the first picture. She's oblivious to her surroundings and shouldn't be on the roads.

 

It doesnt look like there is any damage to the car from where the person hit the front. i would assume that a man around 200 lbs would damage a car at least a little bit. that makes me think it is fake. at least i hope it is
