I find that Circuit City, Target and Best Buy have the best prices for DVDs during the week they are released. My local CC is a friggin mess; Target sometimes runs out. So I usually end up at Best Buy. Plus, sometimes, waiting for something to come by mail once you've paid for it can be pain.
