Costco in Cali has mad discounts on booze. A funny story, my friends bought a 3 liter bottle of Bacardi in Costco in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

check hi time cellar, last time I went to Costco for some cognac, that costco didn't have in stock, they sent me to Hi Time cellar. Costco employee told me that Hi Time whole sale to the Costco in Fountain Valley. I have been here several times, they have all your alcohol needs.
