Default Cheapest ways to eat during the work week?

So the semester is ending, finals are almost over.

I am going to be working full time from here on out through school. I have scheduled my classes as such.

The money will be great, BUT... I dont want to be spending on lunch and dinner so much everyday! I have experience with going to pick up fast-ish (Subway, Sheetz, etc) and $20/day on food definitely adds up quick.

I have experience with Ramen, but prefer not to eat that. I hear it is not healthy and it is not very filling.

I have started buying lunchmeat to pack for lunches, frozen pizzas on sale, noodles and sauce type things for dinner...

What are some other things I can make/do??

Thanks!

Quiznos torpedoes, $4.00

Or start making your own lunch and bringing it to work.

I myself go home and cook for lunch but not everyone is that close to home.

At my office we always have water and the concierge keeps the fridge stocked with Iced Tea of some varieties and Sodas... I try to drink their stuff instead of mine!

The concierge is tempting... you don't even have to leave to get your own food! She takes your money and brings it to you.

Fix a great dinner and have the re-runs the next day for lunch, or buy the nukem meals that are 5 for 10.00 at the grocery.

First of all...$20 a day for lunch?!?! Good grief man.

I make my own lunch every day. We have a fridge/kitchen here so I keep all my lunch meat and stuff at the office. It's a small enough office where I don't have to worry about people taking my stuff.

My wife eats those lean cuisine lunches almost every day. But she waits for them to go on sale. Often time we can get them for pretty cheap.

And since she loves to bake, she makes fresh bread every week for me. I haven't bought sandwich bread in about 2 months.

Yeah, those little meals are good, just don't eat the ones out of the plastic containers. I guess some people were saying the chemical burnt off of the plastic in the microwave is linked to cancer, but isn't everything.
