Some great UK police cars:

The Esprit has to be my all time favorite Police car, it was a one-off developed by Lotus special vehicles and tested by the Norfolk police department (if memory serves against a Porsche 968 and the ubiquitous Volvo 850 T5)

I've seen some police mustangs and vettes before and asked the officers about them. they were all invariably siezed drug vehicles.

I doubt any U.S. police department would ever attempt to justify the purchase of a Z06 for police pursuit.

Just my experience and opinion though.

This is what these speeding tickets pay for huh? Government politics at its finest. Are there a lot of speeders in Bloomfield to warrant a tax payer purchase like this?

I wouldn't mind getting caught by that car. How are they going to take me to jail in that car. Guess one of the officers will have to just wait by the side of the road

Yea, Europe has some insane police vehicles as well. I've also seen a Pantera as a police vehicle.

Japanese Police are usually made up of very friendly and good citizens, so friendly enough that sometimes when they spot a bunch of underground speed teams ... All they do is follow them to a place where they all stop for gathering and do nothing else until they commit some crime before attempting to pull them over with great manners and courtesy.
