Christmas bonus from work?
we don't get bonuses with my employer 
in fact, with the crap economy, we don't even get a holiday party this year
however, we did get a gift.....

Working for a non-profit sucks in terms of bonuses. At my last job we'd get the week off between Christmas and new years, which was fine with me, since I also had 4 weeks of holidays.
