I'm not a big fan of Xmas music in general, but there are some good Xmas songs:

Christmas is not a particularly welcome visitor this year, so every time I hear a Christmas song, I want to put my fingers in my ears and start muttering "bah humbug!"

I used to work at a grocery store and the Christmas music started the day after Thanksgiving. After hearing Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer in about 100 different versions, as well as 100 versions of every other song, I now have a hatred for seasonal music. All of it. Eight hour days of X-mas music is pure hell.

I enjoy listening to it nearer to the time when the season should really start, playing the tunes in early November or whatever is just twisted commercial exploitation.
My wife and I love playing the festive music when we are wrapping presents in front of the fire on a cold winter evening sipping a nice whiskey - very cosy
Of course, maybe it is a bit different for us in these far flung cold Northern parts, Christmas must be a bit different down in Oz when its hot and sunny - sounds wierd to me!!

I think the radio station snuck more x-mas music into the rotation. Although I finally got to hear "all I want for christmas (is you", along with 2 variations on jingle bells.

Yay, another variation of Jingle Bell Rock. I really wish I had remembered to bring my CD case in...
If any of you are wondering why I don't just switch the station... the station I listen to plays about 3 times more music than any other station around (although 1/5 of it is christmas crap), and comes in really well in my office (only a few other stations come in at all, most are very staticky)...
