This seems shady as hell...... 
Family members also were told that the cameras in the police department were not working on the night that their son died.
Gene Young, 59, said his stepson's body appeared to be bruised and that his face was swollen. Blood was coming from behind his head and mouth and he had a cut on the side of his face. Young believes foul play may be involved in Jones' death

this has got to be the most obvious hack-job cover up ever. dude was in *one night* for *Traffic tickets*. he wouldn't just up and kill himself...
