I've actually heard of more than one story like this, where it turned out that the chick (or guy) that wouldn't put out had a boyfriend/girlfriend somewhere else.

Most people just cheat, but I guess some meet their needs with their moral dilemas "half way"...as in by grinding her ass against your balls.

I hope that's not the case here, as I think that's a pretty fuked up thing to do. In some cases, more so than just straight cheating. Just wanted to throw this out as a possibility. Something to look into, and think about when she goes home for the weekend, doesn't answer her phone, or just gives you that "uneasy" feeling.
