Colon Cleansing
i was intrigued by somebody's link to colonblow and started looking on the web about colon cleansing. the problem is that some of the review sites seem to be paid/built for a certain brand of products (both rated the same products #1) and didn't seem right. so i figure i'd ask people here: have you tried any of the many color cleansing herbal formulas? is it even medically sound?

You want a colon cleansing>? Go get a colonoscopy and do the prep work involved for it before the procedure.
The medication they make you drink prior to the procedure will clean all your pipes. On top of that, you can't eat for 24 hours.
I'm interested too...
The marketers for the stuff the OP is refering to preach all kind of benifits... seems too good to be true... I would love to hear an unbiased opinion.
The POM stuff is expensive... I have started drinking plum juice (plum smart made by SunSweet) it is much cheaper and I like the taste too.

I happened to hear Dr Dean Edell on his talk show bashing the heck out of colon cleansing. He strongly calls these snake oils. The stuff it gets out is supposed to be there (according to him).
Now he's pretty radical. For instance he poo-poo's vitamin supplements too.
