The founder of Kellogg's Cereals (IIRC) was into that. Colonics were hyped as a cureall around he turn of the century.

Having had to do Mag Citrate last winter for a colonocopy was far from fun. That stuff goes to work right quick, too, and doesn't let up til there's nothing left inside.

 

Not even snake oil.

What are you "clensing"? Why?

Purging is a psychological issue, not a bio issue. Unless you have an impaction, you don't need anything associated with the colon.

 

thanks for everyone's input. i read up some more on the net and looks like it's snake oil indeed. i am however going to increase my fiber intake by eating 3~4 oranges per day.
