they are running out of internet bandwidth
they are running out of ip address space

i think they are doing a 20-30second burst algorithm where things are super fast up front and slow down after that. the intention here is most sites will complete the connect to you during the burst time and speed testing sites will also report good numbers. for that long download they will continue to be slooooow.

i dont watch tv
