I have a small garage door opener myself. It's twice the size of that one though, maybe not. It's about an inch and a half by two and a half inches.

I bought the Brookstone mini opener about a year ago, and mounted it with velcro at the front, center of the dash - between the windshield air vents. I find it's much easier to use than fiddling around in the cupholder.
