How do you do a screen capture? I've seen people do it but i never figured out how.

Alt-PrtScrn or Ctrl-PrtScrn - then paste into desired application.

And the Print Screen button is right above the "Insert" button which is right above the arrow keys

PrtSc (or whatever your button is for print screen) grabs the whole screen.

Alt-PrtSc grabs the active window only. Helpful if you don't want to crop too much.

You won't see anything happen when you press those keys. It just stores the image to the computer's "clipboard". You then need to paste the image (like others said) into an application such as Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, etc.

Or you can take the monitor and put in on top of the copier.
