Well, I've started up an LLC doing consulting work with a few guys. Yes, I know - lots of consultants everywhere. But one question arises which we lack experience in: contracts.

Basically we know what we need to charge. But what sample contracts do you - as consultants - submit and ask for signature on? Got any samples you can send me? Or to point me to?

We'll be working on software projects out of our homes, and most likely, not be in-house contractors. I know greg is contracted to work on projects, but the only difference in what he would do and we would do (maybe?), would be the software we'd need to develop a particular piece of software that is needed.
