maybe we should ask your mom?
4500 sq. ft. is nothing. stone exteriors are almost becoming standard. 3-car garages with above-average height are common. basements are standard (in toronto at least).
besides, other than the 2-deep garage and lifts, you just described my house....and it's hardly worth bragging about in toronto.

All i want is a room in the basement, surrounded by cement, with an on/off switch for ventilation, with crazy shit on the walls, and built in speakers.
You forgot about the lighting.
OK well I am upgrading to these exact things after I cash in this coming Saturday's winning powerball ticket.
Garage with lift, (yes done to death)
Several acres out back that includes a go cart track with a couple bridges and tunnels along with some serious go karts.
and a glass dome solarium on the top floor that you would access by climbing a ladder and opening a door in the floor. This dome would be for watching thunderstorms and meteor showers.
Lasty, and raquetball/wallyball court for when the guys come over.
The basement I just currently finished has 12 ethernet ports (too cheap for wireless) routers, and has now 6 xbox's and screens for Halo lan parties. Yes that is lame but you get about 12 machines linked and lots of beer and its way better than Texas Hold'em.
