I just want 2 bowling lanes. I don't even need scoring, I can do it myself. Just automatic setters and a professional oil machine.

It wouldn't even be so expensive. I just don't have 80 straight feet of free space.
this can actually be done for very cheap, relatively speaking.

check your local alleys for any of them that are going to be converting to newer lanes, setters, and returns and you can cut a gooooood deal on two lanes.

The alley I used to work at converted to newer synthetic lanes and tore out all of the older synth lanes and were almost giving them away.

it is still a major undertaking with the install and you will have to learn the upkeep of the lanes but, if you are serious and have the space, then it can be done for less than you would expect.

what would be a ballpark figure for the 2 lanes, all equipment + install? This is something I would seriously consider...

I'd really like to have an underground garage with a lift.

I always wanted to make a fish aquarium for one of the walls in my shower. Like the whole back wall of the shower would be an aquarium. Know what I mean? Or perhaps make a hollow bath tub that would house the aquarium.
ahah...then the fish would watch you naked / beating off.... that would be odd....

I would like a decent sized (4500sq ft would be enough) 3 story house (plus a basement). some sort of nice "rock" exterior. would have to overlook something (river, mountaints, stream, whatever), need at least a 3 car double deep / 15' fall ceilings for lift garage. (that would be 12 cars total with lifts in all 6 bays)...plus above the garage needs to have some kind of entertainment hall....pool table, bar, big tv's, etc...

for the house itself...just lots of open stuff, neat big kitchen (for me to toast my pop tarts), etc.....

of course all of this would be overkill but since we are dreaming....

A buddy has a "pub" in his house. Nice oak bar & classic barstools, several taps at the bar, and a full selection of liquors. That would be kinda cool. Add a few big screens around the room and some pool tables and you're set.

Put in a moving wall that reveals your theater/media room, too, so you can put the Longhorns game on the big screen.

3) Olympic sized swimming pool, with a mosaic tile montage of the Ferrari Prancing Horse and an old school F1 race car in the pool.

wouldn't you be worried about the ferrari rusting?

Lazy River (like at the water parks) that wanders around the property and under a waterfall for floating around.

i guess if u were rich, you could have a faux bar/restaurant and have the chef serve it. man that's so out of my realm of possibility.
