All you need to do in court is prove that the evidence isn't admissable. You do not need to prove that you are innocent, but instead prove that there is probable cause that the cops data was wrong and you will win.

The camera in his car has a speedometer on it and it shows on the recording. If you somehow can get him to show the video you could win. IF you watch the tape it will show the speeds he was traveling at when you passed him and what it took him to catch you.
