I agree, 99% of them wouldnt last 2 minutes with me in a dark alley if they left the badge, gun and 500 other pussy pigs they use to beat citizens with, at home.

I agree. what they did to this guy is terrible, but by the cops filing felony charges, if i were the guy i'd add on harassment to my lawsuit because he obviously didn't do anything violent he was just woozy from his diabetes. this is basically a story of how ONCE AGAIN a cop's ego got in the way of them doing the RIGHT thing..

All of this happened in 2009. Charges were dropped after a couple of weeks and cops suspended. Recently, restitution negotiations broke down -- hence the lawsuit recently.
