I used to have a Sony Ericsson PDA/Cell phone that had a cradle connected via USB so i could sync desktop and phone..however, my new phone (Verizon.. Motorola V710). I don't know how I would be able to transfer an .mp3 (change format?) to the phone? Email? SMS? not sure how i would do this. Any help would be appreciated. Btw.. my desktop does not have infrared, bluetooth, etc..so those would not be an option.
