he has to be captured, bound, AND physically tortured for information. the torture has to be more severe than just being punched or kicked a few times. he has to be in real serious pain. so unless he gets tortured by the white house, then no that does not qualify.

 

She got knock the F out by Eric, but she lived (and not disfigured, thank God! )

She got a pardon from the Prez for giving up the main bad guy's location. I hope she comes back.

 

I just got started on it this season... man this is killing me.. I have been staying up late getting no sleep watching season 1 on dvd. I plan to watch all other 4 seasons before this season is up.
