I'm in the Prison Break and 24 groups in MySpace (sad i know) but there's this real cool guy there that actually does in fact work at FOX and he's been my go-to person for spoilers for Prison Break. He's also on another Prison break forum i frequent too (again sad I KNOW!!). He did tell me before hand that he can not reveal much about the 24 plot.
So i shot him an email to just ask the general question but he hasn't yet checked it, hopefully he'll let me know what the case is with the pre-season stuff.

yes there will be a prequel to season 6 on the season 5 dvd. if i remember correctly the prequel takes place 7 months after the end of season 5. season 6 will then take place about 11 - 13 months after the prequel or like 18 - 20 months after season 5.....and the season 5 dvd comes out on dec 5th i think.
