Default Cracked out guy at my gym

Ok, so tonight I was at the gym working out. I usually meet my mom up there as I have been training her lately. A good buddy of mine and his wife work out up there at the same time as well.

Tonight I accidentally fell asleep and woke up late, so I headed up to the gym to meet my mom. We started on some back work outs while my friend and his wife were on the machine behind us doing arms.

It was my set and my mom and his wife were talking girly things and after I finish my set I turn around to some random guy talking to both of them.

Initially, I thought it was someone my friend's wife knew so I didn't think much of it. He was asking my mom if she was her daughter and then asked how old my friends wife was, if she was in high school ect ect. You know, not too out of the ordinary questions. I could tell immediatly that he was not all there, the way he was talking and the blank stare in his eyes. He was cracked out for sure.

Little did he know, her husband was behind him listening in on everything to see how far this guy would go.

Its really funny because he is twice the size of me and reps 2 125lb dumbells on dumbell press like its no ones business.

Anyway, this guy continues his how old are you, so are you in college, ect ect, THEN asks "So, is it legal to run around naked?"

My friend then jumps in "EXCUSE ME?"

He turns in surprise, rubbing his head and asks, "Uh, I was asking if it was legal to run around naked?"

My friend is really mature and handles idiots well, even tho he could have easily knocked him out for being such a jackass.

So we don't answer his question, and he walks off looking at us with that same blank stare asking the same question as he walks away.

Not 5 or 10 minutes go by, and I turn around and this guy is talking to my friend's wife AGAIN! We listen to him talk, kind of in amusement because he was so drugged up.

After asking that same question, he walks off and goes upstairs. My friend and I go tell the 24hour employee whats up and he says he will go see whats up. A few minutes later we see him walk out the door.

So after that we shook our heads and laughed, as he actually started that same conversation with some other girls when he went upstairs. The 24 guys said they had his face on camera and they won't let him in again.

My friends and mom leave before me as I had slept and got there late.

So I am there by myself doing abs upstairs about 30 minutes later and guess who shows up AGAIN! I see him coming up the stairs, walk straight up to two girls on the eliptical and start a conversation.

I finish up my set and when he walks off I ask them what he said to them. The girls tell me he asked "Is it legal to run around naked?"

So I am like **** this guy, he had his chance to leave, I'm calling 911. As I am describing the guy to the operator, he is walking downstairs and up to another girl.

He starts another conversation, I assume about the same stuff based on the girl's expression, so I go up to him with the operator on the phone and tell him "Hey man, you need to leave her a lone, back off"

He gets a real scared look on his face and appologizes to me like 10 times and asks if I forgive him as hes walking towards the door.

I get another off duty officer that I'm friends with at the gym involved and tell him to go talk to the guy, that I have the local police on the way.

Local police arrive and start talking to him. They tell him hes gotten several complaints about you talking to people at the gym. They ask him "What were you guys talking about?" He then tells the officers "I was asking them if it was ok to run around naked." TO THE OFFICER! hahaha.

Then he told them he wanted to go to hooters.

Wow. Anyway, I left, but I assume he got arrested as they were out there for 40 minutes or so and the condition he was in with his drugs, as well as the 10 girls he sexually harassed.

What a work out.

Apparently the University of Vermont has a big naked run 2x a year to celebrate Vermont's freedom to be nude in public.

Topless in Toronto is allowed.

Good for you to not let that slide. You never know how far some of these people are going to take things until it's too late, and there were definitely some red flags with this fellow. Kudos.
