I got rid of all my kids nursery stuff on CL and got what I asked, including 400 bucks for a stroller and a good amount for the furniture. I've also given stuff away just to get rid of it. I like craigslist. I think it depends on where you list it/live.

all you need is a set of front speakers and a headunit, and you've got a great system.
$300 for all, will not part out, was in my old car, no room for it in my new car, just taking up space.

you know what, actually I'm insulted by this offer.
do you know car audio equipment? do you know who JL Audio is? and you're getting 2 amps by them, plus 2 12" subs by alpine, and you have the audacity to ask $150? do you think I'm selling broken equipment or something?

i tried selling my eclipse a long time ago on craigslist. i started off my post saying "hey guys, im looking to sell blah blah blah..." and this LADY/WOMAN/GIRL emails me saying "well im not going to buy it because youre sexist and said [hey guys] and didnt say anything about women or ladies." ROFL i emailed her back "i didnt mean it like that so dont put words in my mouth. go buy a prius you old hag." ROFL she emailed me back but i deleted the email.

Some people lowball because hey you never know. I bought a Integra on CL over a year ago that was in great condition and ran beautifully. The guy selling it wanted $3500 for it and I told him I'd give him $2000 cash by the next day and he took the deal. i sold it a couple of months ago for $3300. I also was selling a motorcycle on CL for $2000 and some kid offered me $2500, I told him I was only asking $2000 but he really wanted the bike.
