Unless you're suppose to notify somebody.

I read that AZ automated tickets have a 180 day life, after that they are no longer valid. Not sure about FL though.

If the computer identifies it, by all means, demand that the system that caught you appear in court.

Also, once the system does appear, make sure that it, and it's operator are deputized.

I'm not a lawyer, and you just got free advice. Enjoy.

They are mistaking your car for someone else's. They think you are guilty and they know who you are and where you live.

You have to let them know your car isn't the one in the picture because in the court's records, you have been issued a ticket that will go to warrant if you don't respond to their summons.

That probably means you'll have to appear in court and fight the ticket. PITA for you over someone else's mistake.

last time i heard Arizona is actually shutting down Redlight cameras due to people not paying their tickets and they don't have enough man power to go after drivers.

There is a downside, the state won't allow you to renew your registration if you have pending tickets.

Do you get a warrant? The ticket is issued by a private firm, it cannot issue warrants, just try to collect like any other bill.
