Default The Crappiest Seat in an Airplane...literally.

"At one point, the airplane experienced turbulence and Mutlu sat on the toilet seat without a seat belt, causing him "tremendous fear," the lawsuit said."

Is "extreme humiliation" really worth $2 million?

If this guy gets 1 cent, it would be a sham. Can I sue Taco Bell because I shit my pants? That's extreme humiliation also.

FAA regulations require all passengers to have a proper seat, with life preservers and seatbelts. They will settle for 1 million out of court guaranteed.

You guys would be VERY surprised what you can sue for. (This is coming from a guy who's father's side is all doctors, and mother's side is all lawyers. I get to see the whole "thing" from start to finish quite often.)

You can look at it that way, or know the ins and outs REALLY well.
