That is BS, Why didn't anyone jump in? That girl should have called the cops when she had the chance, although she might have been drinking? and did not want to risk DUI.

 

i've been in 5 fights in the past year.
been kicked in the head 7 times within the year. 4 out of the 7 were concussiosn
and i've been in a car accident where my head hit the windshield at 50 mph.
anyways these head injuries add up, towards the last couple head injuries i black out much faster than i used to.
anyways head shots are horrible, they leave you with an awful headache, and make you feel like throwing up.

on the topic of why anyone dind't help.
well people are pu*sies, from experience, first time i got :"jumped" people were just standing around, while i was gettin f*cked up by 3 people.

personally, i would have stopped it, use of weapons in a fight is sooo jacked up its not even funny. however if i saw a fight just one on one i woulnd't stop it

funny how that lady that was b*tching the whole time dind't do sh*t but bitch some more while that guy was getting hit.

 

Dude, if you even try to defend some sh*thead who is so chicken he has to sneak in some hit to a guys head with a SKATEBOARD, and you think that was self-defense, you are just as screwed up as him. The guy who got hit was UNARMED, and was NOT attacking the skater at the time he was hit. That f*ck with the skateboard need his azz kicked! I hope he is in jail....are we sure that he is?

 

I agree...it got me pi$$ed because I cannot believe someone is that worthless as to kill someone with a skateboard after being confronted for damage that HE (the skater) caused!! ARGH!!

It also saddens me that this young man died essentially because nobody would help him. I am sorry, but if that happened in front of me, that a$$hole with the skateboard would be the one in the hospital. That whole line of cars and nobody did anything....that punk would have been sprawled across my hood because I would have rammed his sorry a$$....I wonder what his parents think....how proud they must be. I hope that kid gets the chair....he damn well should.

 

That's why I have a CHL. I don't get out of the car, and I don't start anything...it's not worth it and you never know what is going to happen these days. But if I am attacked and cannot get away, or especially if a weapon is involved....it's blastin time. I'm not exactly a big guy, and I'm not gonna be someones punching bag. Even still, I would have tried to stop this fight had I been there....even if it mean holding the skaters at gunpoint until the guy was able to leave...I know its against the law...but if it saves lives who cares.
