I totally agree that the Skateboarder was wrong and excessive. He deserves his punishment as well. However, as a wise elder once told me "choose your battles wisely." The guy was trying to be the tough guy for his g/f and I don't blame him and probablly would have done the same thing, but the smarter thing to do would be to call the police from the safety of your vehicle. It's just not worth it.

The guy that died, and the one in this video are two seperate instances. The video I believe was shot in S. Padre. The news clippings are of an incident in Seatle. Nonetheless, both Fvkers should get gang raped in prison.

 

my take on it:

the guy that threw the skateboard at the truck definitely instigated the confrontation, with antics like that i think he can best be described as a waste of skin. however, i do believe that the owner of the suv is partially to blame for his own death.

hear me out. under no circumstances are you to put your hands on anyone ever, especially someone you don't know, and then attempt to resolve the situation civilly with a conversation. if he were gonna attack the guy then that's what he should have done, not throw a girlie cheap shot like that. wtf? what did he expect the guy with the skateboard to do apologize after he did that? HE WAS HOLDING A SKATEBOARD IN HIS HAND.

if he wanted to file charges he could've called the cops, and just sat there and waited in the comfort of his truck. the skater wouldn't have known the difference. if he wanted to confront the dude verbally, then he should've done that first. it has often been said that lack of common sense isn't a crime, but as seen here, if you aren't careful it can cost you your life.

 

LOL... for ONCE, soul fly and I agree. The guy had two options: one, get out his truck and kick the guys ass or two, call the cops. If you step out of your vehicle, you had better realize that the chances of "talking it out" about zero. Therefore, once you get out, you're committed to a fight. With that said, the other guy had a weapon (yes, that skateboard is a weapon. The truck, which hold the wheels to the baord, are HEAVY) and therefore, IMO, the guy knew he was getting into a bad situation. He have cheap shot the other one when he had the chance, getting his board away, then kicked his ass.... or left it alone and called the cops.
The guy probably died of a Epidural Hemmorhage. The kid with the board gave him SEVERAL, hard blows to the head. Notice he was unconscious for a brief time then got up... pretty classic for a EDH. He probably died a couple of hrs later. Head trauma is BAD JuJu.

 

We are talking about two different events. I'm not sure anyone knows whether the guy in the video we saw died.
