it's not REALLY racist, obviously... just kind of a sad statement on our system that the cops had some random innocent black dude in there doing lineups and getting accused and berated for something he didn't do... while the real thief laughed it up behind his mask. Like I said, if the girlfriend hadn't come forward, what would have happened to the innocent guy?

Okay, maybe this guy wan't a racist nor was the act but it sucks that innocent Black man(or any race for that matter) was detained for no reason other than fitting a description. That's the part which irks me.

 

What do you expect him to be? A purple man? He was white, trying to get away with something illegal. He changed his appearance completely so the feds wouldn't even take a second look at him. If he was black and put on a white face mask, it would still work. It was brilliant. What if it was a black man dressed as a white man? Would it still be "racist"?
