Crazy. Back in the 80's I had a 84 CRX. One morning about 6:30am I was driving to work on a 2 lane highway in the middle of BFE when an old Semi came flying up behind me and almost hit me. Then he pulled up next to me and cut into me with his trailer. I ran off the road and he missed me. He locked up his brakes came almost to a stop and pulled off the road so I passed him. He pulled out and did it again. I ended up running from him for about 10 miles. Everytime he got close he tried to hit me. I never figured out any reason for it. Scary as hell. No cell phone, no cops around, and of course no weapon, and I had some crazy trying to kill me.

Glad this guy came out ok but I hope he learned not to brake check people. You never know who's in the other car or truck. Heck, it could be someone with a temper as bad as Sean Penn.

I don't understand what the size of his car has to do with anything here...seriously. What vehicle does he think will handle being rear-ended, side-swiped or in a head on colision with a semi?

I think the point he is missing is.....if you want to play tough guy on the highway or retaliate against a driver that has already demonstrated agressive behaviour, then what do you think is going to happen? Two asses met in this instance. Unbelievable stupidity on his part that he would 'tap' the brake in front of a pissed off semi. Especially with his 3 year old in the car!

You can't protect someone from their own stupidity.
