The Da Vinci Code/Angels and Demons
For any of you that have read these books:
Are you as intrigued as I am about the "Priory of Scion," or the "Illuminati?"
I have heard about these groups before, but never in such detail. Dan Brown does a wonderful job of researching his topics!
After reading the book, " Angels and Demons " I couldn't help but to pull out a dollar bill and look at The Great Seal of the U.S.;
New World Order?
What do you all think?

I read Da Vinvi Code first and loved it. Then I found Angels and Demons and I am reading it right now. I am actually almost finished. I am amazed at how much research Dan Brown puts into his books. The reads are good because not only are they good stories, but you learn some history. After I finish Angels and Demons I am going to read The Rule of Four. Its supposed to be like Da Vinci Code.
I did the exact same thing!
I am on page #478 in A&D. It is a page turner. I almost forget to talk to my patients while I scan!
I am going to get the other five books of his tomorrow morning.

Have you guys read "Breaking the Da Vinci Code"?
I love reading the Da Vinci Code and was persuaded by some of his statements, but after reading "Breaking the Da Vinci Code", some of his facts seemed to be proven false.
For instance: He stated that there are 666 plates of glass that make up the pyramid in front of the Louvre, but that is incorrect.

You can't forget that The Davinci Code is a NOVEL! Brown is a master at doing research and using facts when it benefits the story line. He's also a master at using fiction to benefit the story line. Nothing in his books should be the basis for an argument for or against ANYTHING.
Its all just a good read.
