Its all just a good read.
^ Understood. But as with anything, there are always two sides to a story. The reason D. Brown's books have caused a little uproar on both sides of the fence is just that. We are curious by nature. Some humans can grasp the unknown right away; others need to hold or to see the "truth." That is why I said that it comes down to faith.

I read his novels for entertainment. He is a brilliant, well-researched writer. And if a book can make you pause and "think"...than the author has done his or her job!

Talking of fiction who else here "knows" that ET was based on a true story?

I've read all of Dan Brown's books now and I must say that he does an amazing job of inter-weaving plots.

He is very well researched and does an excellent job of presenting information in a manner that leaves little room for doubt.

However, his stories especially A&D and Davinci are based on sequential partial truths. By the time you sum the whole of each half-truth you are extremely far away from reality. Yet, he keeps you in that mindset that each statement and plot point is true and honestly I enjoy beliving these things while reading the book it simply makes them more enjoyable

If you want a good grail read try "Holy Blood Holy Grail"

I'm really happy to see that these books are inspiring and awakening people to learn more about the world around them and the New World Order which is a VERY real entity on this planet.

If Dan Brown's books got you thinking then the books listed below should be on your short list to follow with. They are excellent reads, completely non-fiction, and layout the foundations and history of the groups that form the NWO such as the Trilateral Commission, the Council on Foreign Relations, and the supersecret Bilderberger Group of Europe.

If you have any trouble locating any of them PM me and I'll help you out.

Bloodlines of the Illuminati by Fritz Springmeier(Absolutely Incredible)
Rule By Secrecy by Jim Marrs
Order Out of Chaos by Paul Joseph Watson
and the truth shall set you free by David Icke
Alice in Wonderland and the World Trade Center Disaster by David Icke

For massive archives of information pertaining to this subject on the web try either of Alex Jones' websites. They have mountains of evidence showing the history of these groups.

I really enjoyed both A&D and Da Vinci Code. Superlative "chase" type stories with a large amount of facts.

As an example - who else checked out "The Last Supper" and the person sitting on Jesus' right hand side (his ,n ot ours as the viewer).

Male or female?

I read them both and they are good books. Great entertainment value. I am not sure about the accuracy of most of the details in those books. I was always thinking they were mostly fiction based on real principles.

Honda606,

Those works you listed are non-fiction? If so that is very interesting indeed.

Once I read The DaVinci Code I started to search the web for all the paintings he referenced and was amazed! It seems like the art really does have all these underlying meanings!!

I also ran staight to Barnes & Noble and bought the rest of his books....he is definitely my favorite author!

I hear he is already working of a sequel to DaVinci Code...I can't wait!!!!

I want to read these books even more than I did before I came to this thread... I'll have to pick DC real soon. I do have a lot of questions about these "secret societies" that are spoken about, such as the illuminati, etc. As a Christian, I have my core beliefs which are very important to me, but I'm not so quick to jump into to "conspiracy theory" that I hear a lot of people talking about. I have a couple of "Christian" friends (note the quotation marks) that believe in that stuff, and it seems that most people that go for all that are the same ones that believe that space aliens are controlling our government (I'm not joking). They also have a lot of views that align with those of anarchists, which doesn't really hold the Christian viewpoint they so often claim. I'm not saying that I'm completely dismissing the idea of these secret organizations, because I'm certain some of them do exist. I only dismiss the idea that EVERYTHING is a part of a huge conspiracy to bring everyone under the control of the new world order. BTW, yes I have read Revelation, a few times, and understand end time prophecies about this sort of thing. I just have a lot of questions about it, based on the mentality and social state of certain people I've talked to about it.

Wow... Rob's most serious post EVER
