"Some employees, however, describe Mr. Kim as an egotistical bully who would have fits of rage."

They left out the part where people like the Kim's think greed, theft & money will solve their psychological defects.

These dudes makes me sick to my stomache.

Ok so he bailed to Korea, does that mean if he is found in Korea he will be safe from U.S. law? or shielded by Korean law?

good lord. after enron, you'd think people would be more cautious.

the lack of an audit is a clear warning bell.

Me too. Thieves are some of the lowest forms of life. Whether they are stealing your $20 S2000 antenna or your retirement savings, I believe there is a special place in hell for thieves.

The fact that they stole from rich folks is beside the point. I can't stand people like these guys and that Tyco dude, the Enron guys, and that cable family.

(I am bad with name recall today, must be the binge drinking)

He'd be stupid to think that. They'd extradite him back so fast. One other thing he didn't think about... there's gotta be some funny money and funny people in that group of investors I certainly wouldn't cross.

Or the old head in the vice trick.

Or the baseball bats in the corn field.

Or the hammer on the toes thing.

All of the above would be appropriate punishment.

First & second method was from the movie Casino. The third method was from the movie Payback.

I wouldn't have the stomach to carry either method out. But I still think it would be an appropriate punishment for Enron type ripoff artists.

I just don't like thieves. Especially these types of thieves. I have more respect for a lowlife thief who robs a liquor store, at least they take some risk when becoming a scumbag.

But to rob people when you already have substantial wealth, thats just disgusting.
