MAN I NEED TO GET A PS2 RIGHT AWAY TO PLAY GT3!!!
BUT $300+ TO JUST PLAY ONE GAME IS a lot!!! sigh ill just have to rent it again.

 

LOL, there is a S2K owner actually bought the PS2 with the GT3 game.... just because he wants play it... man!! believe me, PS2 game is worth to play.... not only GT3...

 

noticed a PS2/GT3 package deal yesterday - 329.00 at the store where I picked up my copy of GT3.

A lot of people buy a system for one game. If you don't have a DVD player it'll be a better deal. But if you can wait I will definately wait. Price will definately drop around Xmas time and you'll also catch a glimpse of who may win the systems war. Honestly there will be lots of games like GT3.

 

Same exact deal I got yesterday at Gamestop. I plan on playing other games but for the next lifetime GT3 will keep me covered. I'm tired of computer games.

 

I'm tired of the computer games as well. thus, I hope when 'soul reaver 2' comes out, that the ps2 version will be as good as the pc version - which the first version was not.

 

I just picked up PS2, GT3, mem card, extra controler. It was like $450!!! Too expensive. But now I can sell my DVD player and PS in school and make back some cash . If anyone makes a battery pack for the PS1/LCD I might pick that up for study hall and whatnot in school. But probably not because I get my car in a few months and I can just hook PS2 up to the LCD for playing during lunch and free periods with some friends.

 

I just ran out and bought a PS2 today as well, I litterly had to pull myself away from GT3. It's everything you guys said it was.

 

hmm ill have to go get one after i finish my multivariable cal summer course on the 9th of august, i know exactly what gt3 will do to me once i get it
