Oh, I know of plenty of people who sleep with blankets or sheets over their heads and they don't get headaches. My dad usually sleeps under his blanket and he says he doesn't get headaches from it. But I do, so it's not the same for everyone.

I used to sleep fully under the covers for a few years, no peep hole without a problem.

Asshole! I didn't come on to ask "What caused my headaches?" I even stated I knew oxygen was kind of restricted underneath a blanket, EVEN THOUGH I left a big opening. HOWEVER, there are thousands, perhaps millions, of people who sleep like this and do not get prolonging headaches, so I was curious to see any of you get the same as I. Assholes ya'll are!
