well i didnt get a user manual, i got a flimsy booklet, and most of the instructions are supposed to be gotten from the apple.com site and their ipod101 pages.

I love my iPod, although I too cannot figure out how to get the videos on it.

 

i have yet to get a video ipod...i have a mini and a nano and i love them!

 

i have a motorola SLVR+iTunes.... working iTunes is a bitch... my songs keep getting deleted and sometimes they just magically appear twice in my library thus also appearing twice in my phone... what a waste of memory... and now my iTunes has been rendered useless because of an error in the program and so i cant add/remove or even edit any of the songs i have... for that matter i cant play any of the songs on my computer because all the song files got converted to whatever player iTunes uses instead of WMA.... what a bitch... i hate apple. incidentally my computer won't lemme remove iTunes or install iTunes over again... I HATE APPLE!!!

 

You can reconvert them back to WMA if you saved them to your harddrive.

 

i dont know what you did to your computer but itunes has been nothing but userfriendly to me...i have been using it for 4 years now i think...

 

Its not the technology, its your mindset. Kids use this stuff with ease.
