#1. I also get the burning, therefore, I no longer use it.

With the economy the way it is, our store traffic is down. I usually sit on s2ki for the better part of the day really accomplishing nothing. Its ok however, I get to listen to "Party in the USA" and "I Got a Feeling" about 12 times during the course of the day on the radio. After our Sirius tuner took a shit, my boss was too cheap to replace it, so we just switched to FM.
When a customer finally does come in, its usually one of 3 things:
1- Pay a Bill- I love these customers! They are usually 3 weeks late on their bill or their service is shut off for non payment. Check this bill out! I know its blurry, but you get the idea. This guy was a customer I sold a mobile broadband card to and he used it to dl and pirate DVDs. Please forgive cell phone camera...
At my store, I can only accept cash payments so that gets rid of the credit card rif-raf. I also charge a $3 bill payment fee. Half of that goes to me in the form of commission.
2- Broken/Defective Phone / Bill Problem- "OMG OMG Im 18 and my phone broke!!! I dropped it in the toilet last night at my friends house and now it wont text!!! I NEED a new one RIGHT NOW even though I'm not eligible for discounts!" or "Yo bro I dont know why my bill is so high. I have the cheapest plan and I dont want to change it but my high end phone keeps going on the internet charging me for data use! Can you credit me cuz I didnt really want to go to Playboy.com and download all those wallpapers..." These customers dont make me any $. They just whine and bitch and complain.
3- Upgrades/New Lines/Accessories - This is where the $ comes from. Let me tell you what I love sellin' berrys. I do it all day long. I talk them into paying an extra $29.99/month to have unlimited access to the internet on their new phone! I have sold blackberrys to 14 year old girls. It puts a big smile on my face whenever I light one up When hot girls give me their cell phones to transfer pics/phone #s to their new blackberrys, I always take a minute or 2 to take a gander at their photo gallery. I would LOVE to show you some stuff I have seen on phones, but that would probably get me fired...

Thats assuming that I actually took the time to insert a micro-SD card into the store's CelleBrite data transfer machine thus capturing and recording every piece of data from a phone while a transfer is in progress all with the customer having no idea whats going on...
