The milk scandal is not a scandal at all. Its just how communism works. Get used to it....its coming here too.

This was due to corruption and greed of the CEOs and authorities, not Communism. They added a chemical to increase protein while reducing cost, which means more profits. It's about time China executes all of those who put greed above the well-being of people. Remember when they executed a high official not too long ago in a similar scandal? Do more of that!

I've thrown away several cans of peaches and stuff that were made in China. Unless they tighten up their policies and safety, I will never buy another made-in-China consumable again.

The Chinese government should go on their national TV and say: "If anyone caught with tainting with consumable products, you will be executed. Get this through your thick, greedy skull!" Maybe then, things will improve.

They spent a fortune and unimaginable efforts to impress the world with the Olympics, and for the most part, they succeeded. But now another scandal flushed that down the drain.

I disagree. I don't think the world will ever forget the Beijing Olympics. This scandal won't take that away from them.

Maybe China's successful space walk, but not the Olympics.

I didn't mean the world will forget the Olympics, cuz that would be crazy (biggest Olympics in history). However, the good impression is tainted (no pun intended).

Then again, I suppose it's extremely hard to control a country of 1.3+ billion people. But they'd have to be extremely firm about the safety of products. Anyone caught with tainting consumables should be executed. Over the years, no one will dare to do it, even if it means more profits.

Maybe we should start at home then. Execute every single CEO in the good ole USofA that approved a greedy financial scheme to capitalize on lax regulations. But .......... no ................. we approve of their golden parachutes. Execute politicians who are corrupt and follow the bribe standards set by the lobbyists. Then, maybe then, we can stand on our soapboxes and deem 3rd world countries as abusers of human rights and greedy.

BTW, the largest abuser of human rights is America since we import a lot more human flesh for our flesh trade consumption than any other country out there. Are we saying we will execute these people too? How about being the largest importer of drugs? Let's execute the abusers here too.

I'm not preaching because I am not a saint by any means but I just think we jump on soapboxes too fast without thinking.
